What is your returns guarantee?

We have a 30 returns guarantee and a 14 day money back guarantee.  

For products that you haven't opened, you are able to return within 14 days for either a refund, exchange for a different flavour to the same value paid, or have points added to your account.  

If you've opened the product and just had a couple of servings, you can still return within the 30 days return guarantee, and either have an exchange to an alternative flavour or have points added to your account.  

Where you've had more than a couple of servings, we will weigh the product upon receipt and add points onto your account to the pro rata value paid.

You must cover the cost of the return, and for any exchanges you will have to pay for the postage of the replacement items to be sent to you.
