Why has my order been cancelled?

If you receive an email stating that your order has been cancelled and wish to discuss further, please contact our Customer Services team with your Order ID via the Contact Us page or telephone us on 0161 385 5555. 

This is normally where the payment has not been processed correctly from your bank/ paypal account or due to no stock being available.
