Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, for returns of unopened products, or products where you've only had a couple of servings, within the first 14 days. When you let us know that you are returning any items to us, please let us know that you'd prefer an exchange and what you would like to be sent as a replacement. Once your return has been processed, our Customer Services team will place the new order for you, and contact you to arrange payment of the postage.
